What is IT Work Order?

IT Work Order is a section within SEKO’s IT Help Center that allows users to submit requests for New Features, Integrations Projects, and Report Requests.

Where can I access it?

You can access it on Seko IT Help Center

Type of requests

You will find three type of requests.

Each request contains its corresponding form, which you must fill out with all the necessary information to submit a request. Click on the request name to access the form.

Type of fields

Mandatory fields

All fields containing a red asterisk next to the field name are required. If a you do not fill out a mandatory field, you will not be able to send the request.

Short text (plain text only)

A single line of plain text for short lengths of text (up to 255 characters).

Paragraph text (rich text)

Paragraph text fields are used to insert multiple lines of text, such as a description or context.

Radio buttons

This field allows you to select a single option from a list to complete the field.

Checkboxes

Checkboxes fields allow you to select multiple options for a list to complete the field.

Date picker

Date picker fields allow you to provide date information using a calendar selection to complete the field. You can also complete the field by typing dates into the field.

Dynamic fields

A dynamic field is a type of field in which the value of one field controls the values that you can choose in another field. In a dynamic field, selecting a value for a parent field determines what value are available in the "child" fields.

Refer to the section Activity, at the end of the form, to monitor the activity and comments related to your request.

You will also receive an email notification when:

  • Sending the request

  • Receiving a comment

  • The status of the request is updated

  • No labels
