What is IT Work Order?

IT Work Order is a dedicated section within SEKO IT Help Center that allows you to submit requests for New Features, Integrations Projects, and Report Requests.


Where can I access it?

Open Seko IT Help Center, and click on IT Work Order


Type of requests

IT Work Order has three type of requests.

SEKO Integration Project

Whether you want to connect to SEKO via an API, EDI, XML, or CSV file, use this form to submit your Integration Project Request.

Seko Report Request

Use this form to request reports that need to be ran and/or customized.

SEKO New Feature

Use this form to incorporate a new feature or enhance an existing feature of the Application Services that is currently not available.

Each request contains its corresponding form, which you must fill out with all the necessary information to submit the request. Click on the request name to access the form.


Type of fields

All forms contain the following types of fields

Mandatory fields

All fields containing a red asterisk next to the field name are required. If a you do not fill out a mandatory field, you will not be able to send the request.

Short text (plain text only)

A single line of plain text for short lengths of text (up to 255 characters).

Paragraph text (rich text)

Paragraph text fields are used to insert multiple lines of text, such as a description or context.

Select list (single choice)

Single-select fields allow you to select a single option from a dropdown list to complete the field.

Radio buttons

This field allows you to select a single option from a list to complete the field.

Checkboxes

Checkboxes fields allow you to select multiple options for a list to complete the field.

Date picker

Date picker fields allow you to provide date information using a calendar selection to complete the field. You can also complete the field by typing dates into the field.

Dynamic fields

A dynamic field is a type of field in which the value of one field controls the values that you can choose in another field. In a dynamic field, selecting a value for a parent field determines what value are available in the "child" fields.

Notifications

Refer to the section Activity, at the end of the form, to monitor the activity and comments related to your request.

You will also receive an email notification when:

  • Sending the request

  • Receiving a comment

  • The status of the request is updated

  • No labels
