To view and update Courier details, you can see it from Manual Tracking screen.
Logistics Menu > Dispatch > Manual Tracking.
Select a Client from drop-down menu.
2. To return records after selecting “Clients”, click the Search button.
3. Use the search fields, filter, or scroll down to see the order you want to see.
4. To set carrier for orders with non-assigned carrier, click the carrier dropdown. Then click the set button. You can also set the service from service dropdown if required.
5. After selecting carrier and service, it will automatically be allocated to orders and user can also set the Courier Ref for the following orders.
6. To proceed with the changes made, click the Save button.
7. Then, click the Confirm button to confirm the changes.
Note: Carriers that are integrated with a TMS cannot be manually updated.
8. To Export data, click the Export button.
Select the file format required and once done, click the Export button.
