To enable a replicable process across stations, we need to understand how the below charges will be reconciled between stations. Each station manages their own clients and will get billed for their clients.

  1. First Mile carrier charges
The client charges are created via OmniParcel. These are billed to the in country Seko station (e.g. DHL will be billed to USA). These charges are then passed on to the relevant Seko station based on who manages the client in Salesforce.
Seko AU bills for Australian and New Zealand carriers.

  2. Processing fees
The client charges are logged in the OmniRPS billing report. Each processing hub charges the Seko Station for their respective clients based on who manages the client in Salesforce.
There should be no additional commission added to these charges.

  3. Repatriation
These are managed by each Processing hub and are charged to the Seko Station for their respective clients based on who manages the client in Salesforce.

Ideally these charges can be consolidated to one team and then divvied out to the relevant stations
