OmniReturns and OmniRPS now requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) during login, this means you must authenticate multiple ways, this will be via a password then receiving a code via email which is verified.

You will need to ‘sign up’ to create a new password to access OmniReturns and/or OmniRPS if you have NOT enrolled in MFA for either system.

OmniReturns and OmniRPS share logins, you will use the same password to access both systems.

  1. You may have received an invitation email to sign up for OmniReturns or OmniRPS, otherwise you can go directly to https://omniparcelreturns.com/login or https://www.omnirps.com/

  2. On the Sign In page, please click 'SIGN UP NOW'

  3. Enter your email address that you use to login to OmniReturns

  4. Click ‘Send Verification Code’

  5. An email will be trigged to this email address, please copy the code from this email

  6. Enter this code in the field and click 'Verify Code'

  7. Back in the Sign up form, complete the additional fields

  8. Click 'Create'

  9. Your account has now been created! You will be required to receive another code via email

  10. Click 'Send Verification Code'

  11. An email will be trigged to this email address, please copy the code from this email

  12. Enter this code in the field and click 'Verify Code'

  13. Your email has now been verified! Please click ‘Continue’

  14. You will be taken to OmniReturns

Troubleshooting

“We can’t seem to find your account”

This means you have NOT signed up for a MFA account, you need to click on the SIGN UP NOW link and follow the instructions above

“A user with the specified ID already exists. Please choose a different one.”

Please click “Sign In” and enter in your email and password you created through the email verification process.

“An account could not be found for the provided user ID.”

Please go back to the main screen to click “Sign up Now” and register your email address for Multi-Factor Authentication

“No account found with email [emailAddress], please contact OmniSupport.”

You do not have an account in the system, please request another user with access to the system to add you or log a ticket with OmniSupport
