Take your tracking portal from this:

  1. Log into OmniParcel https://omniparcel.com/

  2. Click Administration (along the top menu) and select Track & Trace Emails

  1. Click Add New to create a new template

  2. Start to fill in the required details on screen. Here you will also be able to upload your logo to be used, and the background image for the portal.

  3. Fields explained:

Email Notification

Determines at which milestone stage the email will be sent to the customer

There are 7 options available:

  1. Site Manifested

  2. Allocated and ready

  3. International Transit

  4. Customs cleared

  5. Picked up by delivery courier

  6. With delivery courier

  7. Delivered

Note: If you want an email to be sent for each milestone stage, you will need to create multiple email templates.

  1. Click Save once all information is filled out

  1. Your custom tracking email and tracking portal is now setup. You can now test them by creating a new consignment and entering the new consignment number into the tracking portal.
