  1. Log In to TMS Site using User Account

URL UAT: https://tms-uat.seko360.com/

URL Live: https://tms.seko360.com/

  1. Choose Integration Partner/DC in the dropdown of user Account Panel

Integration Partner and User accounts are created by Admin account

Create Client

  1. Click on Entity Setup → Client Setup → Maintain Clients Menu

  2. Click “Create New Client” Button on the bottom of the right pane

  3. Fill In Client Details (provided by Clients)

  4. Click SAVE button

Company Code and Description should be the same as the data in WMS site.

  1. Log in to Seko 360 WMS Admin account

  2. Go to Admin → Company → Company Integration

IntegrationID = Code

Company = Description

Create or Clone Carrier

Create New Carrier

  1. Click on Entity Setup → Carrier Setup → Maintain Carriers Menu

  2. Click “Create New Carrier” Button on the bottom of the right pane

  3. Fill In Carrier Details (provided by Clients)

  4. Click SAVE button

Clone Carrier

If using multiple Integration Partner/DC and same Carriers will be used on the new DC:

  1. Log in to the Integration Partner/DC with existing Carriers

  2. Click on Entity Setup → Carrier Setup → Maintain Carriers Menu

  3. Click “Clone” Button on the bottom of the right pane to copy carrier details

  4. Select Destination Partner in the dropdown (where to create copy of carriers)

  5. Select Carriers to Clone

  6. Click SAVE button

Cloning a Carrier will also copy all of its Services

Create Service

  1. Click on Entity Setup → Carrier Setup → Services Menu

  2. Click “Create New Carrier Service” Button on the bottom of the right pane

  3. Fill In Service Details

  4. Click SAVE button

Assign Carrier to Client

  1. Click on System Admin → Security → Client Entitlements Menu

  2. Select Client on the left pane

  3. Click Carriers to Assign on the right pane

  4. Click SAVE button

Add Carrier Provider Account

Carrier Provider Account field is created once Carrier is linked/assigned to a Client.

  1. Click on Entity Setup → Carrier Setup → Maintain Carriers Menu

  2. Select Carrier and scroll down on the right pane

  3. Click Edit icon (pencil) on the Carrier Provider Account of Carrier details screen

  4. Enter/update details and click “check” icon to confirm details

  5. Click SAVE button

Create Shipper

  1. Click on Entity Setup→ Shipper Setup→ Maintain Shippers Menu

  2. Click “Create New Shipper” Button on the bottom of the right pane

  3. Fill In Shipper Details (provided by DC)

  4. Click SAVE button

Create API token

Application programming interface (API) code is needed to Integrate WMS and TMS system.

This will be used on running the script for “Add Provider Interface Settings” (Backend process)

This step is usually done by Customer Support

  1. Click on System Admin → Settings→ API Credentials

  2. Click “Create New” Button

  3. Enter API token name

  4. Click ADD button

  5. Copy & Save Token/code

IMPORTANT:

Save/Copy the API Token in Notepad. You will not be able to see the code again once screen is closed.
