RESTOCK methodology will pull partials or full quantities in order to fulfill the maximum quantity as configured for the replenishment location.

Performing a Restock

To view or perform a Restock replenishment, open the option from the Mobile device. You can perform all of the open Restock tasks in a specific Work Zone by scanning that work zone (i.e. the BULK area, or location to pull the product FROM).

Restock tasks are assigned by priority. Highest priority tasks will display first.

Grab an open LPN

Since the operator is not picking the entire quantity from the location, the quantity removed from the current location must be given a new LPN. This ensures the inventory is accurately maintained in each location.

Using a preprinted roll of LPN barcodes, the operator grabs the next LPN label and proceeds by scanning the LPN barcode.

Go to Location

The operator goes to the location as displayed on the mobile and scans the location barcode. If the wrong location is scanned, the mobile will display an error.

The mobile will display the product, product description, and quantity to pick from the location.

Pick Product

The operator attempts to pick the displayed quantity of that product from the location. If the entire quantity is available in the location, the operator selects DONE on the mobile.

If the full quantity displayed cannot be picked from the location, the operator selects CUT on the mobile device and enters the actual quantity picked.

Restock Putaway

The operator performs a restock putaway to complete the replenishment task.
