Who we are and what we do?

We are CLIENT FIRST TEAM designed to help onboard, maintain and grow SEKO’s key accounts within a threshold. The threshold is $300k of GP, or has the potential through margin improvement or Walletshare to grow above that threshold.

Key Focus Area’s:

  1. Solution design- cater the solution against SEKO’s tech offering and services.

  2. Onboard/Implementation- we execute the project plan and communicate to key stakeholders

  3. Account Management- Account Manage accounts, where CSG would provide value add through solutions and technology. Owning the profitability, retention, relationship management and journey planning- Growth.

  4. Communicate the needs of the client back to other departments (Tech, Ops, Product and Sales) but are accountable towards the deadlines.

  5. Support in RFQ’s and Sales calls- sharing project plans, case studies, account management best practices, reporting or development plans. This can include demonstrations where needed.

  6. Share best practices in general, whether that’s SOP’s, QBR’s, Project Plans, Case Studies or Account Management.
