Returns Overview

  1. Customer creates a Return via the SEKO OmniReturns portal or Retailer calls SEKO OmniReturns via API to create a label

  2. A Return shipping label is generated and emailed to the customer

  3. Customer attaches Return label to their package of returning items and drops to a post box

  4. Return package is delivered to one of our global SEKO hubs

  5. The Return is processed via OmniRPS

  6. Returns are consolidated and sent back to your warehouse as required

  7. Tracking is updated at each stage of the journey allowing you to trigger a refund or store credit to the customer at a point in the journey when your business is comfortable
