Tracking Returns

SEKO have a dedicated returns tracking portal https://track.omnirps.com/ designed to track returns throughout the cross border returns journey. This tracking portal can be supplied to customers for them to track their return however, it is also useful for customer service and operations team to track individual returns.

OmniParcel also has a tracking portal which can be used to track the first mile shipping. Once the return is delivered to the first mile tracking destination, there will be no further events shown in the OmniParcel tracking portal. This may be useful to use for domestic returns.

At the top of the tracking portal is a timeline of the 7 status' a return may commonly have.

Return Tracking Status'

  1. Return Created
A return label has been created by Seko either via the OmniReturns Portal or via API

  3. Transferred to Sorting Facility

Returns processed via OmniRPS - This does not mean Seko has the package in our possession yet. This tracking event is from the carrier to say they’ve marked the parcel as delivered to our returns hub.

  4. Depot Scan
A receipt scan to confirm the package has been received by the Seko hub and is in Seko’s possession.

  5. Return Processed
The Return package has been opened, items inside the package have been confirmed. Items are then consolidated together for export.

  6. Return Exported
The returns have been consolidated, assigned a consolidated connote and have been exported out of OmniRPS to be delivered back to your chosen location

  7. Return Delivered Back To Retailer
