Generic Return Label

Seko OmniReturns portal can support returns from for ALL countries, where a first mile carrier is not yet available, OmniReturns can still facilitate the online creation of the return.

This enables you to capture the return for visibility on who has created a return, why they’re returning and where they are. This also provides customers the address of the closest Seko hub thus decreasing costs for the consumer. 

How it works

1. The customer creates a return via the OmniReturns portal as normal

2. They are provided a generic address label destined for the nearest Seko Hub. The customer is provided instructions with the label.

3. The customer prints the label

4. The customer takes the return package to their local post office to purchases shipping to the destination on the label

5. The return is delivered to a Seko Hub

6. As the return was created via OmniReturns, it can be processed and consolidated for export with your other returns

Please contact your Account Manager requesting to set up a generic return label for your required countries. If there is sufficient demand, we can also investigate partnering with a local carrier service for this region too.
