Using SEKO360 on Safari with Apple iPhone iPad MacBook

An issue has been identified concerning the Safari browser. Reports are being submitted from users who use iPhones and Safari to access our applications that they are getting the following error message:

“Our services aren't available right now

We're working to restore all services as soon as possible. Please check back soon.“

This is the standard message from Azure Front Door (which is a stable Microsoft application on which SEKO360 is based) when there is a timeout or some configuration issue on the browser.

Users of Safari running SEKO360 are reporting that most of the time things work fine but they intermittently see this message when there is unexpected behaviour, which appears immediately.

This issue is a Safari design issue which affects applications all over the world. At the time of writing, in the case that you wish to use SEKO360 on a device which runs safari, the advice is to download and install google chrome or an alternative browser where this behaviour should never be exhibited.
