Sales order can be canceled as long as the status is not yet for Dispatch

  1. Client login→Sales Channels→SO Cancellations. <insert Screenshot here>

  1. iHub service Upload file "Load Sales Order Cancellation"

Client Log-In> Sales Channel> Sales Orders > Dispatched Tab > Track icon

This is for orders using TMS Integrated carriers

When "Track" button is clicked, this will open the carriers tracking portal.
