PeopleVox is a WMS which OmniRPS has an integration with.

Note: Admin users and Retailer Admin users have the right to this section.

The Peoplevox Warehouse Management System (WMS) provides an API to allow clients and partners to write integrations into the WMS. By using the Peoplevox WMS, you can build extra capacity into your logistics team and scale up when needed.

This integration allows you to integrate the Peoplevox Warehouse Management system with OmniRPS, and it is useful to update product inventory in Peoplevox WMS. OmniRPS system will update a retailer return parcel data into the retailer Peoplevox WMS account when a return parcel is exported from OmniRPS hub going back to the retailer. This will remove any manual need to update inventory in PeopleVox
