- Follow prompts to create a new account.
- Enter email to send confirmation link
- Find confirmation email in your work email and finish sign up
- Pick Display name you want and password

- Pick key words to search for how to documents and knowledge articles on the topic
- Or choose the topic you need help with and fill out the corresponding request forms

- Finish filling out the form and hit send
-this will send it to the service desk and appropriate parties
-this same flow and logic applies to all of the request forms in the service desk portal.
- This is what your request will look like after submitted. You will receive updates and communicate with the correct people via this portal.
