Problem

User needs to replace a manifest

Solution

  1. Click Details tab

  2. Scroll down until Consignment section

  3. Select the box next to the manifest you want to replace


5. Click Delete

6. Click Delete to confirm manifest deletion.

7. Upload the new manifest


Important

If you have submitted AMS or T86 is sent, you will not be able to delete the manifest.

AMS - You must cancel AMS, delete flight and then delete the manifest

T86 - If you have submitted T86, you must contact Help Desk.
