The following work instruction will assist the owner of the Extensiv Hub account to reset manually reset their own password through Extensiv Hub. If the user forgot their password they will need to reset their password via email.
Step 1: Open ‘Profile Settings’
In the Extensiv Hub, on the right top corner click your name icon. A drop-down list will appear, click ‘Profile Settings’.
Step 2: Select ‘Edit’
Select the edit button to unlock the ‘Reset Password’ hyperlink.
Step 3: Select ‘Reset Password’
Select the 'Reset Password' hyperlink.
Step 4: Select ‘Edit’ and ‘Submit’
Select the edit button to unlock the ‘Reset Password’ hyperlink. Ensure the new password meets the criteria. Click the ‘Submit’ button once the desired password is entered.
