Manually Creating a Password

Once the user account is created, the user should receive an email from JASCI for password setup. If the user does not receive the email for password setup a system admin can manually create a one-time use password which will allow the user to log in and set their own password.

Step 1: Open Security Setup Lookup

On the navigation bar select Admin > Security > Team Member Security Authorizations

Step 2: Locate User

Enter the users team member ID or their name in the respective fields or select the ‘Display All’’ button to generate a list of all JASCI users.

Step 3: Edit User

The user(s) will appear, select the ‘Edit’ button.

Step 4: Update User Information.

Enter the required fields (fields marked with an asterisk “*”). Once completed, scroll down select the ‘Save/Update’ button.

Note: User ID will always be their TeamMember ID (firstname.lastname)
