Sales order can be canceled as long as the status is not yet for Dispatch
Client login→Sales Channels→SO Cancellations. <insert Screenshot here>

iHub service Upload file "Load Sales Order Cancellation"
Client Log-In> Sales Channel> Sales Orders > Dispatched Tab > Track icon
For orders that have been allocated to the carrier, a "Track" button will appear.
When clicked, this will open the carriers tracking portal.
