Service Settings
Service settings page is where all the Services and Protocols that are assigned to the Client are shown for Set up and Mapping.

Service Mapping
RED Tile - To set up/ Set up Incomplete
Green Tile - Set up Complete
Manual Protocol Mapping
Manual Uploading - upload one file at a time directly at iHub
Navigate to Settings Menu → Settings → Service Settings
Select/Click Tile to enter the configuration for that Service and Protocol and follow next instruction shown on the screen.
File Format Settings: Set Up File format
Map csv file format: Define basic information of the CSV file and map its columns to the standard data required.

FTP Mapping
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) used for the transfer of files from a server to a client (and vice versa) on a computer network.
Navigate to Settings Menu → Settings → Service Settings
Select/Click Tile to enter the configuration for that Service and Protocol and follow next instruction shown on the screen.
File Format Settings: Set up File format
Schedule: Set up a Scheduling service to run automatically by the Integration Hub.
General Services: Set the FTP parameter values to connect to/from Client system (Host. port. Path/directory)

File Mask (Optional):
Use a file mask to only accept file names that start with the specified value.
Example:
IND_*.csv
will accept files like IND_09062024.csv
Rest API Protocol Mapping
RESTful API is an architectural style for an application programming interface that uses HTTP requests to access and use data.
Navigate to Settings Menu → Settings → Service Settings

API Credentials
API Token is used to connect to the system using REST API.
The API protocol provides end to end security by using SSL to encrypt all communications with the integration hub. Authentication is controlled using an API key 'token' value which is generated by the hub.
Create API Token
Navigate to Settings Menu → Settings → API Credentials
Click “Create” Button to generate API token
List of generated tokens will be listed on the screen
Edit Description and status or Delete tokens by clicking Edit/Delete icon (last column of the grid)
