Administration Module

Contains permissions related to administrative tasks in 3PL Warehouse Manager.

Manage 3PL Info

Configure 3PL Warehouse Manager for your 3PL's specific needs.

   Adjust Charges

Adjust previously applied customer charges, including order- and receipt-specific charges as well as ad hoc charges.

   Manage Attached Files

Gives the user access to attach files to certain warehouse transactions, including Orders and Order Batches (from the Documents menu in Find Orders), Receipts (from the Documents menu in Find Receipts), and Assemblies (from Items > Attach Files to Assembly).

   Manage Carriers

Access to the Manage Carriers page so a user can add or modify Carrier settings in 3PL Warehouse Manager.

   Classic View Access

      Reports 3

Enables the Reports link in the left navigation and provides access to the following reports: Management > Inventory Turns, Management > Stock Status by Anniversary Date.

Grants access to the Outbound Productivity Dashboard page where users can gain insights about their order processing efficiency.

      Move Allocated Inventory

Permit a user to move inventory that is currently allocated to orders. Such moves run the risk of upsetting order processing, and should be avoided if possible.

Access packing tasks from the scanner application.

   Pick Module

Contains permissions related to the scanner application's Pick Module.

      Force Pick Complete

Force an order or batch into a complete state even if all items have not been picked.

      Mobile Picking

      Override Door

Manually override the order’s assigned door.

      Override Trailer

Manually override the order’s assigned trailer.

      Reassign Pick Line

Replace the user currently assigned to a line item in a pick job if they are unable to complete the picking task.

Orders Module

Contains permissions for outbound inventory tasks and data.

   Order Allocation

Manually modify order allocations. This is possible from Find Orders and Create/Edit Order in SmartView, and from the Pick module in SmartScan.

   Attach Files

Add and remove files from an order from either the Find Orders page or the Create/Edit Order page.

   Order Charges

Contains charges-related permissions for the Orders module.

Ship and Close an order from either Find Orders, or Create/Edit Order.

Permits users to create orders that cannot be fulfilled given current inventory levels.

      Process Packages

Configure packaging and generate labels for an order.

Import batches of orders using pre-configured import files.

Contains permissions for creating and editing Receipts

      Set Arrival Date

Manually set a Receipt's arrival date. This value overrides the default arrival date, which is when the Receipt is confirmed.

      Override Directed Putaway

Override the putaway location specified by the Directed Putaway feature

      Create/Edit Receipts

Create a new Receipt and edit existing Receipts

   Manage ASN Imports

Contains import-related permissions for the Receipts module.

      Import Receipt (ASN)

Import an Advance Shipping Notice for an incoming Receipt.
