API Trace

The API trace is used to look at any order requests clients make through the API. When a client has errors when trying to create parcels, API trace is a great tool to use to try and see if they have input the wrong information.

  1. To track API calls made by the client, select the reporting tab and then ‘API Trace’.

  2. Search for specific client and then input any information the client has provided from their API request. Source this information from the client. You can also leave the search field blank.
