4.1 Tracking & History report
Using the Tracking & History report
The tracking & history report is a great tool to view the latest status for multiple consignments.
The Tracking & History report
Click on ‘Tracking & History’ menu button at the top of the Omni Parcel System.
Field options:
“Date range”: Start by selecting your date range by clicking on the date, and select the required to and from dates. You can search by date range only, or apply an additional search parameter as per below. NOTE: Only data from the last 6 months is available.
“Search” field:
Using the search input field, you can narrow down the search by entering a customer reference, receiver first name, receiver last name, or tracking number. Enter the search parameter, select the required date range, then click on the ‘Search’ button.
“Carrier” dropdown: This will filter the search result to only show the selected carrier.
“Cost center” dropdown: User can filter the search result by cost center using this option. User will see options in this drop down if multiple cost centres are configured in the account. This will filter the search result to only show the selected cost center.
“Include non manifested” tick box: By default the tracking & history report only displays manifested parcels. If you would like to include unmanifested parcels in your search result then you must select the option to include non manifested.
“Filter to undelivered only” tick box: By default the tracking & history report will show all status types including delivered delivered. Ticking “Filter to undelivered only” will limit the search results to only show delivered parcels.
“Show details view” tick box: By default the tracking & history report will show a predefined number of columns in the search result, but if you require a more detailed view, you can select “Show details view”.
“Exclude deleted parcels” tick box: This is ticked by default, and hides any deleted parcels from the report. If you want to view deleted parcels, untick this box.
