HOW TO CREATE SERVICE DESK LOGIN & SUBMIT A REQUEST

  • Click the link to find the main portal to create tickets, and create a login:

           https://seko.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/19

  • Click the 'Login' prompt in the top right of the page.
  • Click 'Sign up' and follow the steps to create an account.

  • Go to your email, and look for the message from 'SEKO IT Help Center'. Click their link to verify your email account.

  • Enter your Display Name and choose a password.


And that's it. You have successfully created your account and can create tickets.

NAVIGATING THE SERVICE DESK PORTAL: HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST

  1. Pick key words to search for how to documents and knowledge articles on the topic

  1. Or choose the topic you need help with and fill out the corresponding request forms



EXPANDED VIEW:

  1. Finish filling out the form and hit send

-this will send it to the service desk and appropriate parties
-this same flow and logic applies to all of the request forms in the service desk portal.

  1. This is what your request will look like after submitted. You will receive updates and communicate with the correct people via this portal.
