Milestone Report

A Milestone Report can be generated at any time to show each consignment/consignments and the associated milestone it has reached, during the time period of the report (Date Range). The report can be filtered using the various fields below. The report can be exported into Excel to allow further analysis.
How to Run a Milestone Report
➢ Select the required ‘Date Range’
➢ Select any required filters to be applied
➢ Click search. The report will be presented on screen
➢ For further details, click ‘Export’

Excel Report Fields
Field Name | Description |

Processed Hub | Which SEKO returns hub this return was processed at. If the return has not been processed yet, this will be blank |
Order No | Order number as supplied |
Consignment No | Tracking number or connote number as supplied by the carrier |
OmniRP Con | Unique ID used in the OmniRPS to identify the return |
Consolidated Connote | Tracking number associated to the consolidated shipment of return packages |
First Mile Return Country | Country where the return was initiated |
Origin Port International Returns | Origin Port ID |
Destination Port International Returns | Destination Port ID |
Outer Packages | How many packages in the return. This is usually 1 |
Pieces Processed | How many items were in the return |
Package Weight | Weight of return package. This is calculated either through the item weights provided or using default weights if not provided. |
OmniReturns Created Date | The date when the return was created in OmniReturns |
First Carrier Scan Event Date | The date we received the first carrier tracking event confirming the customer has dropped the return off |
Delivered To Hub Date | Date when the first mile carrier marked the package as delivered to the first mile destination. If SEKO is processing your return, this will be delivery to our returns hub |
Depot Scan Date | Date the return was scanned at our returns hub confirming receipt of package |
Processed Date | Date when the return was processed at our hub |
Origin Scan Date | Outer Connote Creation Date |
Customs Scan Date | Date when the consolidated shipment has been scanned by customs |
Delivered To Retailer Date | Date when the consolidated shipment has been delivered to it’s final mile destination |
