External Portal

If you would like to use your own in-house returns portal, Seko can support this too. There are three potential parts to this integration. Whether you need to utilise each integration will be up to your requirements. Please discuss with your Account Manager.

  1. You will need to use the Seko OmniReturns Label Creation API to request a returns label which you will need to supply to the customer.

  2. If the returns will be going to a Seko hub to enable in country processing and consolidation, all returns will need to be supplied via the Seko OmniRPS Return Upload API

  3. Additionally, if you would like to be informed of tracking updates, you will need to subscribe to our Tracking Status Webhook API
