Seko offers several different ways to send and receive data. The main integration focus is how Seko will get your order data.
Please note, it is not mandatory to supply your order data for returns, return labels can be generated without any order data, Seko refer to this as an Order Wise Returns

Seko currently has the below integration options to receive your order data which is then used for customers to create a return for

integrations enabling end to end use of the Seko OmniReturns and OmniRPS systems. This encompasses the self service customer returns portal, automatic label creation, option for returns to be processed in any of the global Seko hubs, end to end tracking and automated issuing of refunds, store credit and exchanges (where applicable).

This is our recommended approach.

External Portal

If you would like to use your own in-house returns portal, Seko can support this too. There are three potential parts to this integration. Whether you need to utilise each integration will be up to your requirements. Please discuss with your Account Manager.

  1. You will need to use the Seko OmniReturns Label Creation API to request a returns label which you will need to supply to the customer.

  2. If you are not creating labels via Seko and the returns will be processed at a Seko hub, all returns will need to be supplied via the Seko OmniRPS Return Upload API

  3. Additionally, if you would like to be informed of tracking updates, you will need to subscribe to our Tracking Status Webhook API
