Navigate to Logistics → Dispatch → Dispatch List

Dispatch List sub-menu loads 9 Tabs. You will be able to SEARCH, SORT, FILTER, & EXPORT DATA in all tabs to see Dispatches details and status.

All Tab

Displays all Dispatch Requests according to search filter used.

  • Expand/Collapse Line Items for order details

  • View Dispatch Details

To Be Picked Tab

Displays Dispatch Requests that are ready to be Picked.

Dispatch Status: Confirmed

  • Expand/Collapse Line Items for order details

  • View Dispatch Details

  • Print Pick Note - Select Items by clicking checkbox, then click “Print Pick Note” Button

  • Pick Items

  1. Click PICK icon. It will open the PICK window with two panes.

  2. Select the bin boxes on the left you would like to create the picks from.

  3. Click the “Pick Selected Items” button to create the picks.

  4. Click the “Pick Complete” button to complete the pick.

  5. Once picking is completed, it will proceed to the “To be Packed” tab.

via Mobile app/scanner:

Mobile Menu> Dispatches> Pick by SKU, Order Picking, Fast Dispatch

  • If need to short ship the order for any defined reason, click the Short Ship button

  • (If Short Ship button is not visible, please ask customer support for access/permission to allow short shipment)

Being Picked Tab

If there are items left to be picked for a dispatch number, it will be viewed at Being Picked tab.

Click Short ship if needed or Repeat PICK process (same as “To be Picked” tab) to complete the dispatch items.

To Be Packed Tab

Once “Pick Complete” is confirmed, items will be moved to “To be packed” tab.

In case of short shipment or picked qty does not match the Dispatch request, confirm here.

  • Pack Items

  1. Click PACK icon. It will open the PACK window with two panes.

  2. Select the bin boxes on the left you would like to pack

  3. Click the “Pack Selected Items” button. (By default, New dispatch box is selected. You can choose existing dispatch box)

  4. Click the “Pack Complete” button to complete the pick. (You can Print Dispatch documents on the right pane before completing the packing process)

  5. Allocate Carrier/Service window will appear where courier reference can be updated. For Dispatches using TMS or Integrated carriers, see notes below on Carrier Allocation.

  6. Once packing is completed, it will proceed to the “To Dispatch” tab.

  1. Select a Courier Manually (see screen recording guide above)

  2. TMS Allocation

After packing is complete, the assigned carrier will prompt the user to enter required information and print the carrier label.

Pick by SKU and Fast Dispatch via mobile scanning must be Packed and “Pack Complete” in Web Interface.

Pack via Mobile app/scanner:

Mobile Menu> Dispatches> Order Packing (if picking method is “Order Picking”)

To Dispatch Tab

  • To Update Courier and reference number, edit the fields and click SAVE button.

  • To confirm dispatch, tick the checkbox of the item and click Confirm button. It will move to “Dispatched” tab.

  • To Print dispatch documents, tick the checkbox of the item and click buttons down the grid for needed document (Pick Note, Dispatch Note, Packing List, Commercial Invoice)

Dispatched Tab

View confirmed dispatches and Track Shipments

  • To Print dispatch documents, tick the checkbox of the item and click buttons down the grid for needed document (Pick Note, Dispatch Note, Packing List, Commercial Invoice)

  • To Track Shipments, click the Track Consignments button ( This is for TMS Integrated Carriers only)

To Cancel Tab

Cancel Requests from Client Interface appear in this tab.

To cancel dispatch, tick the checkbox and click “Confirm” button. Once confirmed, it will now move to CANCELLED tab.

View cancelled dispatch in this tab.

On Hold Tab

“On-hold” are items that have stock allocation but should not push the dispatch or shipment.

To release dispatch, tick the selected record and click the confirm button.

Once released, items will be moved to “To be picked” tab and push dispatch process.
