Dispatch Barcode can be found in the Pick Note or in the Dispatch List.

Fast Dispatch

Picking method by scanning Bin Box/Licence Plate (LPN)

  1. Scan Dispatch Barcode

  2. OR Select a Client from the dropdown, then Click the Load Dispatches button and select corresponding Dispatch Number

  3. Scan Bin Box/Licence Plate (LPN) and enter the Qty to Pick

  4. Click the “Pick” button. A confirmation message will appear that “Pick is successful”

  5. If the user clicks the “Skip” button, a prompt will be shown to confirm this. If the user clicks “OK”, system will skip this line and move onto the next line to pick.

Pick by SKU

Picking method by scanning Location or SKU/product code.

  1. Scan Dispatch Barcode

  2. OR Select a Client from the dropdown, then Click the Load Dispatches button and select corresponding Dispatch Number

  3. Scan Location and SKU and enter the Qty to Pick

  4. The system will automatically identify the licence plate to use in this location for this SKU. However, if the SKU has multiple licence plates, the user will be asked to scan the licence plate to pick from.

  5. A confirmation message will appear that “Pick successful”

  6. If the user clicks the “Skip” button, a prompt will be shown to confirm this. If the user clicks “OK”, system will skip this line and move onto the next line to pick.

Order Picking

Picking method by scanning Location or SKU/product code.

  1. Scan Dispatch Barcode

  2. OR Select a Client from the dropdown, then Click the Load Dispatches button and select corresponding Dispatch Number

  3. Scan Licence Plate and enter the Qty to Pick

  4. Click the “Pick” button.

  5. The system will automatically identify the licence plate to use in this location for this SKU. However, if the SKU has multiple licence plates, the user will be asked to scan the licence plate to pick from.

  6. A confirmation message will appear that “Pick is successful”

  7. If the user clicks the “Skip” button, a prompt will be shown to confirm this. If the user clicks “OK”, system will skip this line and move onto the next line to pick.

Order Pick/Pack Configuration

Pick Pack Method can be configured in the Web Interface by Admin or assigned personnel.

Either scan Licence Plate or scan SKU/EAN

Order Packing

Packing method to use if Pick method is “Order Picking”.

Packing method by scanning SKU/product code and Dispatch Carton label

  1. Scan Dispatch Barcode

  2. OR Select a Client from the dropdown, then Click the Load Dispatches button and select corresponding Dispatch Number

  3. Scan SKU and click “NEXT” button

  4. Scan Dispatch Carton and enter the Qty to Pack

Dispatch Carton label should be pre-printed by Admin user account

  1. Scan Pallet (Optional) and Click “PACK” button

  2. A confirmation message will appear that “Pack successful”

 

 

Pick/Pack by SKU

Packing method where there is no need to scan each individual SKU and will pack all lines into single dispatch box

  1. Scan Dispatch Barcode

  2. OR Select a Client from the dropdown, then Click the Load Dispatches button and select corresponding Dispatch Number

  3. Scan Location, SKU and enter the Qty to Pick and Scan Temp Dispatch Box

  4. Click the “Pick/Pack” button

  5. The system will automatically identify the licence plate to use in this location for this SKU. However, if the SKU has multiple licence plates, the user will be asked to scan the licence plate to pick from.

  6. A confirmation message will appear that “Pick/pack successful”
