Requesting Access to JASCI


Requesting User Access

The following must be provided when requesting a new user login to the ServiceNow Desk. Providing the following information will expedite the user creation process.

  • Team Member ID - SEKO Alias ID

  • First Name - Legal first name

  • Last Name - Legal last name

  • Work Email - SEKO email address, if possible, refrain from using personal email addresses.

  • Role - The menu options a user will need access to. Review the ‘User Menu Profiles & Menu Options' chart to select a role.

  • Client(s) - The client accounts the user will need access to.

  • Fulfilment Centers - The fulfilment center(s) the user will need access to.
