Fulfillment Center Maintenance Menu Option

The ‘Fulfillment Center Maintenance’ menu option allows a user to edit/update the fulfillment center(s) information. Note: do not use this menu option to create a new fulfilment center. Review the Creating a New Fulfilment Center work instruction or submit a ticket to our ServiceNow desk!

 

Edit/Updated Fulfilment Center(s) Information

Step 1: Open Fulfilment Center Maintenance

On the navigation bar select Admin > Fulfillment Setup > Fulfilment Center Maintenance

 

 

Step 2: Search for Fulfilment Center

The user is directed to the ‘Fulfilment Center Lookup’ screen.

Enter the fulfillment center ID, name or description in the corresponding fields or click the ‘Display All' button.

 

 

Step 3: Select Fulfilment Center

The user is directed to the ‘Fulfillment Centers Search Lookup’ screen.

Locate the fulfillment center and click the ‘Edit’ button.

Note: Do not use this menu option to create a new fulfilment center. Review the Creating a New Fulfilment Center work instruction or submit a ticket to our ServiceNow desk!

 

Step 4: Edit/Update Fulfilment Center

The user is directed to the ‘Fulfilment Center Maintenance’ screen.

The user makes the edits/updated and clicks the ‘Save/Update’ button.
