How do SEKO OmniReturns and Refundid work together?
OmniReturns Portal
As detailed in the process flow above, Australian and U.S.A based customers who chose the Return Option: Refund when selecting products, will be shown the option to select their Refund Type.
If the customer selects Instant refund with Refundid, when clicking SUBMIT, the customer will be redirected to Refundid portal where they will complete the return to receive their instant refund.
Any label fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Selecting Standard Refund, the normal process is followed.
