The SEKO and Happy Returns Process

Customers will see the option to select the service they wish to use to return their items. Each service can have a different price, as defined by you.

 

If Happy Returns is selected as the service, a map will appear (shown above) for customers to see their nearest drop off location. The map automatically shows the 5 nearest locations based on their order delivery address.
Customers can also search for an alternative location. A link to the Happy Returns locations will be emailed to the customer with their QR code, once the return is created.

 

To educate customers about the benefits of using Happy Returns, there is a tool top (question mark icon) you can see in the above screenshot which opens a lightbox (shown right).

These benefits will encourage customers to choose Happy Returns, even if the price is higher than alternative options.

 

 

 

 

Customers will receive an email from Happy Returns upon dropping their items off at a Returns bar.

 

Requirements

  • Happy Returns is currently only in the United States of America

  • Product images must be provided

  • Issuing of the refund, store credit or exchange order will be done when the goods are dropped off to Happy Returns. This is not configurable.
