3.1 Scan to Print

Using the Scan to Print module

 

Scan to Print enables the operator to scan the order number/barcode and let OmniParcel print the correct label assigned to that order.

 

  1. To print a label using the Scan To Print functionality, click the “Create” menu at the top of the screen and select “Scan to Print”.

  2. Scan/Type you order number into the Scan Reference Number

     

  3. If a package is successfully scanned or entered, a green “Label sent to Printer” message will appear and the label will be printed.

     

  4. If an invalid order number is scanned or entered, a red “Invalid Reference Number Scanned” message will appear and no label will be printed.

     

  5. If you see below error on screen, please select an active printer from Administration > Profile and settings
