iHub Configure Service and Mapping

Note: The account must be an admin/root access to be able to configure the service and mapping of a client.

 

Login to the iHub.

Go to Settings > Service Settings

Select the service you want to configure and setup the mapping.

e.g. Load Product Masters

Click the tile to configure manual protocol.

You will be directed to the first step of service mapping configuration.

Click the tile to set the appropriate file fomat.

 

 

e.g. CSV format

Click Save.

A success pop up message will appear.

Click Back.

Green = Setup Complete

Red = Setup Incomplete

Select the red tile “Map the CSV File Format”.

 

You will be directed to the next step. Click Map your own CSV file.

 

Click Upload.

 

Browse your CSV template for the selected service and click Open.

 

 

You will see the content of your CSV template for the selected service.

Click Next to continue.

 

Click Next again. Do not change anything in this page.

 

We can see that Product Code is the only mandatory fields.

Please note that all of the mandatory fields must be mapped correctly based in heading of our template.

 

Drag the fields in the right table going to your heading.

Once the mapping of fields completed, click Finish.

 

A success message will appear and you will be directed to this page.

Click Finish to complete the mapping configuration.

 

Service configuration and mapping setup were successful for this service.

 

Process Complete
