iHub Assign Services to a Client

Note: The account must be an admin/root access to be able to assign services to a client.

 

Login to the iHub.

First thing first, make sure that you are inside the correct client before assigning a services.

Example: Ghostfire

You need to change a client from Radley + Co Ltd to Ghostfire as an example.

In the upper right corner, click the account icon then change client.

 

Use the search box to easily find the client.

Select the client.

 

A successful message will pop up in the upper right screen.

You are now inside the correct client.

Now, let’s assign services for client Ghostfire.

Go to Client Setup > Assign Services

We need to identify the following:

  • Which services based on client requirements.

  • Which protocols (FTP, MANUAL, or REST).

Once identified, click the drop down icon and select Latest Version to assigned service.

Once all the required services assigned already, click the Save button to apply changes.

Note: To disable the service, change the Latest Version by selecting the Disabled option and click the Save button to apply changes.

 

Process Complete
