Log in to TMS Admin account and Navigate to Security Menu
Roles
Create ROLE and assign what limits or allowable functions.
Root - View, Create, Edit, Delete
Reader - View only
Users
User Maintenance screen is where new Users are created when setting up TMS & WMS Integration.
Add Users, User Details & Entitlement
Click on USERS under “Security” Menu
Click “Create New” Button on the bottom of the right pane
Fill in basic Information on User Details tab
Click SAVE button
Fill in “User Entitlement” tab
Identity Type: Select User or Admin
Partner: Select DC
Alias: add short code for the DC
Roles: Root-full access; Reader-viewing only
On the “User Entitlement” tab, click Create New button to add multiple Integration Partner or DC for the user.
Click SAVE button
