TMS Entity Setup (Client , Carrier and Shipper)
Log In to TMS Site using User Account
URL UAT: https://tms-uat.seko360.com/
URL Live: https://tms.seko360.com/
Choose Integration Partner/DC in the dropdown of user Account Panel
Integration Partner and User accounts are created by Admin account

Create Client
Click on Entity Setup → Client Setup → Maintain Clients Menu
Click “Create New Client” Button on the bottom of the right pane
Fill In Client Details (provided by Clients)
Click SAVE button
Company Code and Description should be the same as the data in WMS site.
Log in to Seko 360 WMS Admin account
Go to Admin → Company → Company Integration
IntegrationID = Code
Company = Description
Create or Clone Carrier
Create New Carrier
Click on Entity Setup → Carrier Setup → Maintain Carriers Menu
Click “Create New Carrier” Button on the bottom of the right pane
Fill In Carrier Details (provided by Clients)
Click SAVE button
Clone Carrier
If using multiple Integration Partner/DC and same Carriers will be used on the new DC:
Log in to the Integration Partner/DC with existing Carriers
Click on Entity Setup → Carrier Setup → Maintain Carriers Menu
Click “Clone” Button on the bottom of the right pane to copy carrier details
Select Destination Partner in the dropdown (where to create copy of carriers)
Select Carriers to Clone
Click SAVE button
Cloning a Carrier will also copy all of its Services
Create Service
Click on Entity Setup → Carrier Setup → Services Menu
Click “Create New Carrier Service” Button on the bottom of the right pane
Fill In Service Details
Click SAVE button
Assign Carrier to Client
Click on System Admin → Security → Client Entitlements Menu
Select Client on the left pane
Tick Carriers to Assign on the right pane
Click SAVE button
Add Carrier Provider Account
Carrier Provider Account field is created once Carrier is linked/assigned to a Client.
Click on Entity Setup → Carrier Setup → Maintain Carriers Menu
Select Carrier and scroll down on the right pane
Click Edit icon (pencil) on the Carrier Provider Account of Carrier details screen
Enter/update details and click “check” icon to confirm details
Click SAVE button
Create Shipper
Click on Entity Setup→ Shipper Setup→ Maintain Shippers Menu
Click “Create New Shipper” Button on the bottom of the right pane
Fill In Shipper Details (provided by DC)
Click SAVE button
Create API token
Application programming interface (API) code is needed to Integrate WMS and TMS system.
This will be used on running the script for “Add Provider Interface Settings” (Backend process)
This step is usually done by Customer Support
Click on System Admin → Settings→ API Credentials
Click “Create New” Button
Enter API token name
Click ADD button
Copy & Save Token/code
