Tracking & History Report
This report shows you all tracking events which have occurred during the date range of this report. You can use this report to
Identify how many returns have been created, by country and/or return reason
Track where returns are at in the returns journey by using the Tracking Status in the report
See how many returns each Seko Hub has in possession (Tracking Status: Depot Scan and Processed)
View what items are in each return (click the magnifier icon once the report is generated)

11 | Date Range | Define the date range of the report. The date range shows returns which were updated in the date range. |
12 | Processing Hub | Filter to a specific hub where the return was processed (can only be used when Processing Status: Processed) |
13 | Origin Country | When searching for unprocessed consignments (7), this filter defines which country the return was created in |
14 | Retailer Name | The name of the Retailer |
In the search result below you can view all details relating to each order.
Hub: The international location of the processing facility
Location Barcode: this displays the location of the item if the items have been processed
Updated At: Time and Date the item was last updated
Tracking Status: displays the status of each item, you can find a breakdown of these status' here
All other columns provide details as supplied by the retailer
How to Search For Returns Sent But Not Yet Received
The ‘Tracking and History’ page also allows you to see the Return items before they are processed, that is, they have been created by the customer and are in the ‘Tracking Status’ stages of either:
Return Created – the label was created but has yet to be scanned by the carrier
In Transit – the parcel has now been scanned by the carrier but has yet to be delivered
Transferred to Sorting Facility - the parcel has been delivered but not yet processed by the receiving warehouse.
Depot Scan - Returns receipted at our Seko Hub but not yet processed
Set “Processing Status” to Unprocessed Returns
Select the required ‘Date Range’
You may also filter by ‘Country’ and ‘Return Reason’ and if further filtering is required, ‘Export’ to Excel as explained above.

How to Search For a specific return
Enter the Return ‘Consignment Number’ or the ‘Order Number’ into the search field
If the return does not display, change the Processing Status filter
If the return does not display, try amending the date range
A fast way to locate the return is to track the return at https://track.omnirps.com/ to find the date range when an update was made and to see the Processing Status (if the return is at tracking status 1-4 it is unprocessed)
