Process of the client loading data into the SEKO iHub to the Seko360 Client Interface.

CSV Template is provided and can transfer Data via API or FTP

Load Services (File Uploads)

  1. Load Companies - Creates New Supplier and Ship To Companies in the system

  2. Load Product Masters - Mass Create SKUs in the system.

  3. Load Product Master Updates -Mass update Product information for the created SKUs

  4. Load Receipts - Create an advance ship notice of pending deliveries to the DC for both standard deliveries and returns.

5. Load Sales Orders - Create Sales Order in the system. Can also automatically create "Ship To" companies on the fly when settings ( AllowShipToCompanyCreate) is enabled.

  1. Load Sales Order Cancellations - Cancel a sales order that is not yet for “Dispatch”
