Push Notification Services
Pushing Data: Data can also be automatically sent to a client’s URL endpoint using the Push services. This means the hub can send data to a specified location without needing a manual request.
When subscribed to Push Services, the Client will receive Notification/Messages from the SEKO iHub to the client via API/FTP.
Push Notification format:
FTP - CSV, JSON and XML formats
REST protocol - JSON and XML format
Notification Service Available:
Push Delivery Arrive - Delivery Information will be sent out as soon as delivery of goods is “arrived” by the DC on Seko 360
Push Goods Received Notice Confirmation- This message could be generated whenever:
A delivery is received at the DC
A customer return is received at the DC
An order is cancelled and the goods are returned to stock
Push Stock Adjustment - Stock Adjustment Information will be sent out as soon as a stock quantity has increase or decrease by the DC on Seko 360.
Push Dispatch Confirmation- This message will be sent out once an order has been Dispatched by DC
Push Stock Overnight Location - A snapshot of the stock by location in the DC generated at the end of day. The time in which this is generated is based on the time zone of the DC
Push Stock Overnight Summary-A snapshot of the stock in the DC generated at the end of day. The time in which this is generated is based on the time zone of the DC
Push Stock Status Movement - As soon as stock is moved from one location type to a new location type by the DC on Seko 360, this method will push the stock movement information to the Hub.
Push Tracking Details - This message will be sent as soon as a dispatch is confirmed by the DC on Seko 360
Push Dispatch Carton - This service is designed for clients using the Order Pick Pack.
As a default, only records that has been created via iHub for both GRN and Dispatch Confirmation services, are pushed . Unless, client is enabled to push manual records settings.
