Steps for Manual file uploading

  1. Navigate to File Menu → Upload File

  2. Select “Load Service” requirement

  3. Select file to upload

  4. System File checking

  5. Submit/send data to Seko 360 WMS

  6. Check Activity Page if uploading is successful or failed

Services must be Assigned and mapped based on Client Configuration

Load Web Sales Order

It will take around 10-15 minutes to make the successful upload visible in the Seko360 WMS

Invoke Service

Upload running time for FTP protocol service is up to 15 minutes. To bypass this, Client may opt to use Invoke Service.

  1. Navigate to File Menu → Invoke Service

  2. Click “Invoke” button on the Service Tile
