Load Services (File Uploads)

Load Services streamline the process of data entry. Instead of manual input of data such as Adding Product and Sales Orders, the Client can easily transfer data into the SEKO iHub to the Seko360 Client Interface via 3 communication protocols.

1. Load Companies - Creates New Supplier and Ship To Companies in the system

2. Load Product Masters - Mass Create Products/SKUs in the system.

3. Load Product Master Updates -Updates Product information for the created SKUs

4. Load Receipts - Create an Advance Ship Notice of pending deliveries to the DC for both standard deliveries and returns.

5. Load Kit - Kit to order/Kitting feature

5. Load Sales Orders - Create Sales Orders in the system. Can also automatically create "Ship To" companies on the fly when setting “AllowShipToCompanyCreate” is enabled.

6. Load Sales Order Cancellations - Cancel a sales order not yet for “Dispatch” status.

The Integration Hub system will perform a structural check. The contents of your file must match the system expected values.
A message will appear if there is an error or if uploading is successful in the Activity Menu.
