Overview

This service (Push Dispatch Cartons) is intended for clients who use the Order Pick Pack module, which involves managing Dispatch Cartons, Serial Shipping Container Codes, and ensuring Retail Compliance.

Pre-Requisites

Push Message Trigger

  • Once a sales order is uploaded via the Load SO service in iHub and has the necessary Retail Compliance details, a message is automatically pushed to the client.

  • Client must be configured to use Order Pick Pack module

Configuration Steps

When a client subscribes to the Push Dispatch Carton service, the Development Team or Customer Service will add the necessary service settings in the backend.

The user can then configure the frontend settings on the iHub site by:
