Cancel a Sales Order by Loging in the Client Interface

Sales Channel> SO cancellations > Create NEW button

Input Sales Order number, Select Reason and Click SAVE

The sales order can ONLY be cancelled if the DC order status is at:

  1. Confirmed

  2. Being Picked

  3. Pick complete

SO cannot be cancelled if already in Dispatch status
