Cancel Sales Order using SO cancellations sub-menu, Click Create NEW button

Input Sales Order number, Select Reason and Click SAVE

The sales order can ONLY be cancelled if the DC order status is at:

  1. Confirmed

  2. Being Picked

  3. Pick complete

 

You can also cancel a SO through the ihub service "Load Sales Order Cancellation".
