Cancel Sales Order using SO cancellations sub-menu

  1. Click Create NEW button

  1. Input Sales Order number, Select Reason and Click SAVE

  1. To show List of Cancelled SO, use the search panel and filter by Create Date

The sales order can ONLY be cancelled if the DC order status is at:

  1. Confirmed

  2. Being Picked

  3. Pick complete

 

You can also cancel a SO through the ihub service "Load Sales Order Cancellation".
