Creating a New Fulfillment Center

The following is a step-by-step work instruction when creating/adding a new fulfillment center into JASCI software.

 

Step 1: Open 'Copy Fulfilment Center Wizard'

On the navigation bar select ADMIN - Fulfilment Setup > Copy Fulfilment Center Wizard.

 

 

 

Step 2: Copy Fulfilment Center

The user is directed to the “Copy Fulfilment Center' page.

The user will copy the ‘Seko’ fulfilment center by clicking the ‘Copy’ button.

 

 

 

 

Step 3: Configure Fulfilment Center

The user is directed to the ‘Copy new Fulfilment Center’ screen.

The user will begin by clicking the 'New Fulfilment Center' button.

 

Step 4: Create Fulfilment Center

The user is directed to the ‘Fulfillment Centers Maintenance’ screen.

The user will need to enter or provide the following information:

  • Cargowise ID

  • Address

  • Contact Name

  • Contact Phone

  • Unit of Weight

  • Unit of Measure

  • Time Zone

Once all information is entered, click the ‘Save’ button.

 

Step 5: Configure Fulfilment Center

The user is directed back to the ‘Copy new Fulfillment Center’.

The user selects what is to be copied from the original fulfilment center to the replica and clicks the ‘Copy’ button.

Note, If we do not copy a pre-existing fulfillment center, the workflows which drive the WMS will not transfer to the fulfillment center that was manually created.
