Hawb Pickup and Delivery Exception Field

On the HAWB → Pickup/Delivery tab, we’ve add two new fields, Pickup Exception and Delivery Exceptions. Users will now be able to select an exception and write a note for both the pickup and delivery. These exceptions can be added to your HAWB Search table.
